Once a date and time and place have been selected for the baby shower, the next step is to get the invitations ready. Leave an R.S.V.P. number so you can keep tally of how many are coming to the shower. Any other essential information can be printed on the invitations. With all the cute designs available, it may be difficult deciding which one to choose. Make sure to allow enough time for printing and delivery of the invitations in addition to the time allowed for early mailing to those invited. And once you’ve gotten those invitations signed, sealed, stamped, and popped in the mailbox, all that’s left is the planning of the actual event.
